Hi I’m Danielle - a personal trainer and a mum of two boys who understands how hard it can be to prioritise your health when life feels full.

After going through my own health challenges I know how important it is to look after your body in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

My approach is simple, realistic and designed to help you build strength, confidence and sustainable healthy habits that last.

No gym membership needed- all in person and group training takes place in my private at home gym in Havelock North, Hawkes Bay.
