A qualified personal trainer passionate about helping people build strength, confidence and sustainable habits that fit into real life.

As a mum of two, I understand how full life can feel and how easy it is to put yourself last.

After going through my own health challenges and experiencing long term side effects from cancer, I know how important it is to take care of your body but also how hard it can be to prioritise yourself when everything else comes first.

My coaching both online and in person is designed to support a realistic approach and empowering you to make healthier choices to better your lifestyle.

All in person training is held in my private home gym based in Havelock North, creating a comfortable and supportive environment to train in.

No gym membership in required- everything you need in provided so you just need to focus on showing up and getting results.

I work with women who are tired of starting over, feel overwhelmed by conflicting fitness advice, or lack confidence in a traditional gym environment. Together we’ll create a realistic approach that fits around family, work and everyday life while building strength, fitness and confidence.

Not extreme. Not overwhelming. Just straightforward, No B-S approach that helps you feel stronger more confident and control of your routine.
